So I saw my brother took a “political spectrum” quiz on facebook. And unlike every other facebook “quiz” I’ve seen in the past, this was diffferent. It didn’t require me to authorize an app to take it, which means it was relatively anonymous quiz.

So I took it.

Here are my results:

I am a left moderate social libertarian

My Foreign Policy Views
Score: -5.82

My Culture War Stance
Score: -6.07

Now generally I consider myself to be independent. Many of my good friends would see this and call me a Democrat. Or a commie pansy-assed hippie. Or whatever they want.

I will freely admit to being a liberal, so this quiz doesn’t shock me. Culturally, I tend to be libertarian too (economically, I am very much authoritarian).

To be honest, I didn’t learn anything beyond “this survey says that if we were to turn our politics in to numbers, I am less libertarian and less liberal than my brother, but more of a pacifist.” Nothing new there, except the pacifist thing. That’s potentially interesting.
