Rentway, occupies two units totaling 7,364 sf or 17.16% NRA. For the 3,864 sf space, there is not a lease in place, and tenant pays MTM. For the 3,500 sf space, the lease expires on 12/31/2009. Bwr indicated to primary servicer that Wray''s Thriftway and Rentway plan to renew their leases; however, final renewal terms have not been determined.
