The loan was transferred into Special Servicing after the DBSI master tenant filed bankruptcy in Nov-08. DBSI ultimately rejected the master lease. Lender approved the TIC investors' replacement asset manager and the related loan restructure and cash settlement with DBSI. The restructure has closed and the loan will be RTM'd.
