The property was inspected 10/14/2008 and rated in good condition. 1Q 3/31/2009 NCF DSCR is 0.66 with occupancy of 100%. YE 2008 DSCR was 1.32 with occupancy of 100%. The decline in DSCR is attributed to the tax expenses paid during the first half of the year. The 1Q 2009 DSCR of 0.66 is consistent with the 1Q 2008 DSCR of 0.65, the DSCR is expected to improve throughout the year as the revenue catches up with the tax expense. The subject remains 100% occupied. Bank of America will continue to monitor the loan.
