The decline in DSCR was triggered by a decrease in rental income and reimbursements combined with a slight increase in expenses. Two small tenants vacated the property during the 4th Quarter of 2008 which has attributed to the decline in rental and reimbursement income. The increased expenses are primarily utility expenses. Bank of America will continue to monitor the loan.
