The property was inspected 11/3/2008 and rated in good condition. 2Q 6/30/2009 NCF DSCR is 1.33 with occupancy of 100%. YE 2008 DSCR was 1.34 with occupancy of 100%. Bank of America was recently advised that tenant Atrium Imaging will not be renewing their lease, which expires on 11/30/2009. Atrium Imaging, whose rent accounts for over 5% of the Property\'s rental income, meets the definition of a Major Tenant. Consequently, a Cash Management Period is now in effect. Bank of America is working with the borrower to set up the lockbox and will continue to monitor the loan.
