The borrower stated that the decrease in DSCR is due to one time expenses for roof repairs and maintenance items. The property is not advertised as they rely on referrals and have more demand then units available at this time. On 09/10/09 Capmark called the borrower and is awaiting a response. The property was last inspected on 11/21/08 and received a rating of good. Capmark will continue to monitor the loan. |
