On 09/15/09 the borrower stated that the rent roll dated 03/31/09 indicates major tenant "Petco Animal Supplies" occupying 6,600 sf (36% GLA) has a lease expiring 11/30/09 has renewed and executed a new lease to 11/30/2014; second tenant "Famous Footwear" occupying 5,000 sf (27% GLA) has a lease expiring 10/31/09 is negotiatiing for a 5 year term to 10/31/2014; third tenant "Signature Cleaners" occupying 1,440 sf (8% GLA) has a lease expiring 11/30/09 and and has renewed to 11/30/2014 and the fourth tenant "General Nutrition" occupying 1,240 sf (7% GLA) has a lease expiring 11/30/09 is renewing and signed the new lease until 11/30/2014.
