All of the DBSI properties managed by ORIX have been extracted from the bankruptcy. All of the TIC owners have identified a new property management company. We are actively negotiating the reinstatement of the loans. Reinstatement terms for Friar\'s Branch have been aprpoved and should close imminently. Lincoln Park business plan is now being drafted.
