The YE 2008 NCF DSCR is 1.10 with an occ of 83.42%. The April 2009 inspection noted the following deferred maintenance items: subject property has a run down appearance, cracks in the parking areas, landscaping was overgrown in areas, significant debris around the property, damaged gutters, downspouts and deteriorated siding on the 2 story green building, and many of the roofs need repairing. Primary servicer sent a deferred maintenance letter to the Borrower on 06/30/09; and is currently waiting for a response. Bank of America will continue to monitor the loan. |
