I, Ellen Aschoff, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

First: I hereby devise and bequeath all my estate, both real and personal, wheresoever the same may be situated, to my four children, William H. Aschoff, Mary E. Neville, Charles Aschoff and John H. Aschoff, share and share alike; and in case of the death of said children their legal issue to take the same share that their parent would have if living.

Second: I hereby constitute and appoint my friend, Edward J. Cox, as executor and my friend, Olivia Urell, executrix of this my last Will and Testament, and hereby giving full power and authority as such executors to sell any or all of my real estate at what they may demm it for the best interest of said estate, and to give good and sufficient deeds and conveyances thereof.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth of December in the year one thousand nine hundred and seven.
