I, Timothy Cox, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

First: I give, devise and bequeath to my niece Ellen Aschoff the sum of three thousand dollars.

Second: I direct my executor hereinafter named to set apart the sum of ten thousand dollars and to invest and re-invest the same and to pay the income arising therefrom to my sister, Ellen Murray so long as she shall live; and on her death to pay her funeral and testamentary expenses and the balance of said sum to revert to my residuary estate.

Third: I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay to my grandchild, Marie Cox, should she live to twenty-one years of age the sum of two thousand dollars; but should said child die before attaining her majority. I direct that the said two thousand dollars shall revert to my residuary estate.

Fourth: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal I give devise and bequeath to my son, Edward J. Cox, to him, his heirs and assigns forever.

Fifth: I nominate, constitute and appoint my said son, Edward J. Cox, executor of this my last will.

The foregoing instrument was signed, sealed, published and declared by the testator, Timothy Cox, as ?? for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
