Subject: trucking break for morse school walkers
Hi Folks:
Edge on Hudson began trucking in fill during the summer. They've agreed to not have trucks on Beekman Ave during Morse School arrival and dismissal times. In the morning, it's between 7:45 and 8:15.
When school started in September, trucks were going by during those times. I contacted to Peter Johnson, who's heading public outreach for the project. He came out the next day to monitor the situation.
Things have improved, but intermittent incursions continue. If you spot dump trucks during Morse arrival or dismissal, please send an email (with a photo if you can) to the following folks:
