The standard procedure when a temp applies for work:
By appointment only...they call to have brief preliminary telephone
conversation. If pre-screening goes well, appointment is set
up. Immediate appointments rarely available. Several days to two week
wait for interviews. VERY high level of referrals on applicant
side(clientele has also been almost entirely built through
referrals).
