I have been with Olsten for one year now and have built (what I think) is a strong relationship with them. However, on a recent assignment, I was unhappy. I explained this to my manager and my supervisor and I asked to be taken off the assignment. I was tehn given the brush-off treatment from my Olsten staffing manager. I feel that after one year of quality work and many glowing reviews, I should have been treated with a little more respect. It seemed as if Olsten was only looking after it's own reputation and not it's employee's reputation (me).
