I work full time for a company now, thanks to TA...this is the job where I temped for 1.5 years. The four reps are great guys and do care about their temps, not just the clients. I have sent several friends to the agency and they have all had good luck getting work. The only downside is that some of their major clients have negotiated rather low rates and I have not always been paid quite what I thought I was worth.
