Comments:
Benefits are not applicable until you have 1000+ hours on their payroll. Not many people make it.
They have a counselor there that most temps dislike. Vanessa will DNU anyone or anything that speaks up for him/herself. "Do No Use" is her way of punishing you. She tends to do this to anyone who inquires about the rate they are being paid or if you ask to have your assignment changed. The agency will chisel you out of a $1 or even .50 if they can get away with it.
I've met more people who dislike them than like them. There is also a petition going around to report them to the BBB and a class action lawsuit by a host of people saying they have unfair labor practices.
The people who work under Vanessa are terified of her. Like Eva, who is really a sweet person, but must follow Vanessa's directives.
If you are a good experience working for Custom, consider yourself lucky. Most companies won't use them, or will discontinue using them when the contract expires.
They are forgetting that most temps become permanant and will remember how they were treated.

Note that all reviews are individual contributions and do not represent the opinion of the site administrator. They have not been independently verified, so there is nothing to stop someone from posting a pack of lies. Some agencies with great reviews may be really bad, and some agencies with bad reviews may be really great. As with everything online, be careful and don't believe everything you read.
