The job at Pfizer was offerred as a short term assignment (2 to 4 weeks), but I ended up working there for almost a year and a half. I started at $14/hour, got an automatic raise to $15 after a month or so, and then I asked for a raise to $18, which the agency gave me without an increase in their fee from Pfizer. After a year of working there, my job had changed from typing and making changes to documents to maintaining multiple Lotus Notes and Access databases. At that point I asked for a raise to $22/hour, after first checking with Pfizer to see if they'd authorize a fee increase. They would, and I got the raise. The agency also has a 401(k) plan, which I used. I got the impression that the agency wasn't so great for short-term assignments, but my long-term assignment was excellent.
