1 Never Trust a Temp Agency
Lauren extended her hand to me and made direct eye contact.
"Tell me what YOU want. I'm here to help YOU."
"I want a creative job in an ad agency doing computer graphics," I
said. Lauren amazingly had the job right infront of her. " Smith
Barney's is a fantastic place to work," she exclaimed. "I prefer a
job in a creative environment," I said. She told me I'd be surprised
that you could actually be more creative at times in a finance company
than at an ad agency. Lauren explained it all to me. (Never trust a
temp agency).
I had a perfect score on their PowerPoint test. Lauren thought I was a super temp. She was glad I had come to her. Lauren explained, "Smith Barney's has something better than PowerPoint. They use Visio. I would love it!" Lauren explained it all to me. (Never trust a temp agency).
