I registered at Vangaurd an was interviewed and tested by Joseph.
Although I received a 98% score on my test I have yet to receive an
assignment with this agency. The day I registered I wore a very
conservative business suit, I have great credentials including a MS
degree. I have called this agency almost daily for 6 months but have
yet to receive an assignment.
I noticed that I was the only person that was made to take a test,
then again I was the only African American there. I did notice an
Asian man taking a test while I was there but that is it. I had to
wait for quite sometime before a very reluctant Joseph decided to
interview me. The other white women who were waiting were treated
with much respect and did not have to wait very long. They did not
have to take a test.
