CTI started off being a great experience until while on assignment for Time Warner things did not go well. My counselors Samantha and Debbie, were great in the beginning calling me with assignments and the pay rate was excellent, however, I was seeking permanent work and was constantly given the false impression that they were helping me. I went back to CTI this year 2000 and reapplied and after several days of we have no work, I gave up. I did a thorough job ofr their company however, that was not enough for them. I see their posting on the internet and they seem to have plenty of jobs to fill, maybe it was just that I was not what they are seeking.
Overall, this can be a good agency if you can deal with phony women and false expectations.
