The counselor who was at this agency Gary Troy was really incredibly brusque and when I arrived late to a large firm after he set up and interview and told the people at the front desk that I was late, they turned me away, and then I told them I had called the agency which I didn't because I figured I would try to get there as soon as possible. In any event, he called me a liar and told me that he had been in the business for over ten years and pretty much read me the riot act.
I know that I probably should not have told the client that I had called them, however, the abuse that this man spewed was not worth it. I wound up working for a solid two months and then when one attorney at a firm asked me to get him coffee, I called the agency.
The counselor asked me what was wrong while the attorney was standing in front of me. He then didn't return my calls for more work after I ended the assignment. I also was referred to another counselor who would tell me there was nothing available.
I think that this place is really bad to work for, however, they occasionally get good clients and they are not bad to work for.
