Male receptionist was wearing standard Calvin Klein T-shirt and black jeans while singing and dancing with other receptionist. After meeting with agent and submitting resume did the standard tour and "I want to introduce you to someone else." My resume indicates my BBA degree in Investments and Finance and my previous positions with Mutual of New York (MONY) and American Express Financial Advisors, yet I was asked four times why I want to work with a Financial Services firm. ?!?!?!
The best part was being contacted by another agent of theirs 6 months later. Now by this time I had completely forgotten about them until I walked through the front door of their agency. Would you believe they had the audacity to ask me why I didn't recognize they were the same agency. Well why didn't they know I was already registered? Seems they didn't have a job for me (after I had specifically informed the new agent what position I wanted, the minimum salary I was willing to accept, and the industry I preferred), but just wanted to do the old bait and switch where they would send me where their commissions were the greatest regardless of what I wanted.
Would not recommend them at all. Was a waste of my time anyway.
