While i was recommended to the agency by a relative, I have found this agency to be tremendously disappointing. I went into the office on a Tuesday, remained there until the process was done (which took a total of about 3 hours), and then waited patiently by the phone. I was told they would call me "at the latest, tomorrow" with a job for me. I was called into a job 2 days later to stuff envelopes for a grand total of 4 hours. I was never contacted again, and my counselor has not returned any of my phone calls. This agency is unreliable and not worth your time! I am unemployed and unhappy.
