First of all, this agency is desperate for anyone to walk in and fill jobs they have available. They only care about making a fast buck. I worked for Larry Wayne for approx. 4 mos. as a receptionist at a cable company. There were many other temps from Larry Wayne at this company working in different departments. There was one incident when one of the temps and I had an argument and he threatened to physically assault me. This man was asked to leave and the company was tempted to sever their ties with Larry Wayne. First of all, they do not test potential temps to find out their skill levels and have no interest in investigating their backgrounds, characters, etc. They did not even have a copy of my resume when they put me on the job with the cable company. Eventually, this company that I temped at severed their ties with Larry Wayne because they realized that this agency's primary interest was to make money for themselves. I eventually found permanent work which made the agents at Larry Wayne furious. A few months ago, I called Larry Wayne to get a copy of my W2 forms since they had sent them to an old address. They refused to send another copy and were extremely rude. Susan, one of the agents is extremely uprofessional and obviously inexperienced to deal with any clients from successful companies that need temps. Warning.....DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!!!!!
