I registered with Pyramid hoping to get basically any job. I had 20 months in doing administrative assistant work, and I was degraded because I did not have two years. They told me that the only way they could get me any kind of work was if I improved to 50 words a minute (I already do 47) and if I learned Excel and Powerpoint. They would not give me ANY work, so I left for another agency, who helped me improve on my skills and got me working in two days after meeting them. When I returned to Pyramid to show them my new skills, they were very accusing and skeptical that I had even improved. I have since lost their number and refuse to work with them again. Unless you have been an administrative assistant for at least 2 years, do not even bother.
