ASA has recently been acquired by Headway Corporate, which I think is itself a division of Cheney Staffing. I was never notified of the buy out and/or changes in timesheets, policies, etc. The office even moved to a different floor of their building and it wasn't until I went to drop off my timesheet that I found out.
The jobs have been fairly steady and reasonably well paid. Very heavy on financial clients. My 'handler' is great: Miller. But there are times when I deal with others (Jill) who are disrespectful and try to use guilt to make me take a position that I am either unable or uncomfortable accepting. OK if you're entirely flexible and don't care what work you get. Can't have any expectations beyond that--hey, it is work and this is temping. Should we suck it up?
