I have been on two assignments for this agency. In both cases, my assignment was terminated in the following manner: A representative from Wall Street Services called my HOME phone at about 5:00 in the afternoon on the last day of my assignment, to say "Don't report back to work on Monday." In at least the latter instance, I know that Wall Street Services had a bit more advance notice than this - yet I was left in the dark.
As far as I am concerned, this is an unacceptable way to conduct business. I have been temping on and off for many years, for several different agencies on both the East and West Coast. This is the only time I have encountered an agency that terminated my assignments in this particular manner, with no prior warning. I would strongly recommend that readers avoid this agency.
