Comments:
I've worked only with them for the last 10 years. Prior to that I had been out of the industry (as a counselor within an agency) for 3 years. As a result, I had NO experience as an operator and my typing speed was down to 33wpm. They STILL gave me the opportunity to be trained on Word onsite for free. Right before I was about to take the Word test I broke my ankle and was delayed for about 3 months. Then, in the middle of my second assignment where I had been a coordinator in a small dept and there almost 2 years, I developed a medical condition that sometimes affected the workflow (I basically had to leave with no notice) and although it created a problem between myself and that particular client, Tiger stuck with me and then placed me at another client in the same industry. Although the medical condition occasionally surfaced, Tiger and this client were very understanding. I had gotten it under control somewhat for a 3 year period (never surfaced while at work) which I'm sure was a great relief for both Tiger and the client. Unfortunately, the market being what it is currently, I was laid off.
I'm hoping to continue working with Tiger and have only the highest regard for them.
