I never worked for this agency, but called in reference to an advertised position. I had, at the very least, the minimum qualifications for the position (and perhaps rather more). I was subjected to a rather hostile phone interview, which ended with my being hung up on. I waited a few minutes, and decided, without anger, to ask her to please not hang up on people. She heard my voice (I managed only to say "Hello again") and she hung up on me again. I called a third time, said only "Hello", and she began to abuse me with the most foul language possible, screaming at me. In all the time leading up to her abuse, my only complaint had been to tell her that she "shouldn't hang up on people".
Her hysterical tirade complete, she hung up on me.
