This agency refuses to give any information with regard to its rates or application process over the telephone. On arrival, the applicant is handed a twenty-page package of documents, which involve signing away their rights from all the agency's customers, authorizing the agency and its clients to perform background and credit checks on the applicant and, most importantly, demanding that the applicant release to the agency and client duplicate statement of any brokerage accounts they hold. Most of the individuals applying to this agency do not look old enough or educated enough to understand what they are signing, but anyone with a grain of sense would walk out. The interviewing staff is inexcusably rude and the application form demands is more than usually intrusive--even for a New York temp agency. Avoid at all costs, particularly if you have good skills and can go elsewhere.
