Leafstone has been pretty good about finding me work although I have a hunch I may never get out of the $15/hr range with them, as I'm only here for the summer...I've had one job in a really snotty office and two in really friendly offices...the one I'm in now I'm not really needed...but it'll pay the rent. the Counselors have been pleasent if rushed but who isn't...If you can get them to put you on standby at Morgan stanley you should be able to get something consistent after a couple weeks...I've been told some departments pay better than others, especially for third shift...
