I realize times are hard and it's an employers market (which includes parasitic staffing agencies), but to victimize job seekers when they're down is just sick and Tuttle is right there with arrogance and rudeness. Not only did they offer me work that was so out of the ball park (in qualifications AND the minimum they promised they would not sink far beneath) but they also hung up in me when I questioned whether I was the perfect candidate for the job. They are scum, with kick em when they're down their absolute credo. Stay away - especially from Carlos - the miserly unhappy petty culprit.
