This agency was extremely sketchy. I found that the level of professionalism was low and I was uncomfortable with my job counseller. Everything seemed very disorganized and I didn't have much faith in their abilities to find me work. After registering, I was told to show up in the morning at 8 am to find out if there was work. This seemed like a big hassle to me, and there didn't end up being any work, so I had gotten up early and travelled all the way into the city for no reason. This was annoying. After a misunderstanding between the client and Diamond in which I was blamed for the client's misinformation, I decided to drop this agency. However, they continued to call me and when I asked them to stop, I was given an attitude? Overall, I felt like the emplyees at Diamond were sketchy and I just got a bad feeling from them.
