After waiting a half hour to see a counselor,for which I had an
appointment, another person saw me. She then told me that I would
have to complete testing although I had copies of my scores from the
same testing software from a different agency on hand. After
completing the testing, I was told to wait for a counselor again. I
waited over an hour and still nobody came to speak with me. When I
approached the receptionist, she told me that I would still have to
wait another 15 minutes to see someone (at this point, I had already
been there for 2 hours). I informed her that I would have to leave
and come back another time. I have not gone back. I have never been
exposed to such unprofessionalism.
