I used to love them then some things got back to me that made me question their professionalism. These "nice" counselors actually talk about you and your personal life to other temps and hr contacts. Not cool. They also withhold requests from you...I found this out by running into the hiring client on the street several times. Core always said that they tried to call me which was a lie.

When I was being harassed sexually by a superior, when I called and told them about it, the owner of Core said, "Just try to stick it out. We'll handle it." When they didn't, two days later, I told the superior to cut it out and they called me at home to yell at me about it.

They also can't seem to remember what your skills are. I can't tell you how often I got a call from them asking if I read and write German. My "no" should've been recorded on my file the first time. They can't seem to keep their records on this front though the mid-town office is better about it.

But the rates are great, their jobs plentiful.
