Lies and the Lying Liars who Lie like Lying Dogs:
How to get dropped by your agency:
1. Show up on time to your assignment, do what the client asks you to do.
2. Have a friendly demeanor in spite of client ignorance
3. Always inform those of when you go to lunch, home, etc.
4. Always dress professionally.
5. Do all your work, then ask to do more
6. Be technically proficient
I guarantee you, if you follow those six-steps with Quantum, you will
be dropped because no matter how you do at your job, they only listen
to the client.
I was working at Ross Stores in the human resources department, it was
to be a temp-to-perm assignment... I'm not an HR professional, mind
you, but this job a monkey could have done! I was looking for an easy
perm job that i could do in my sleep, but apprarently, Ross Stores
came to the conclusion that I wasn't the person who would be willing
to do this job, so rather than asking me if I was interested in it,
they called my agent, Alex, and said I had made several errors, when
in fact, I made none, then they said I showed no interest in becoming
full-time, even though they did not say two words to me the entire
time I was there...no conversations, nothing! Alex then said I lost
it because of my irresponsibility, yet when i worked with Boston
Consulting for four months, they had rave reviews for me...Quantum are
liars, they are dirty, stinking liars...

Note that all reviews are individual contributions and do not represent the opinion of the site administrator. They have not been independently verified, so there is nothing to stop someone from posting a pack of lies. Some agencies with great reviews may be really bad, and some agencies with bad reviews may be really great. As with everything online, be careful and don't believe everything you read. I take no responsibility for what comes up when you google yourself.
