Comments:
At first Advantage was incredible. I only waited 2 days to get my first assignment, which had a low pay rate. But as soon as that test run was over they started sending me on great assignments with much better pay. I'll never forget the day I had to make photocopies all day for $19. The best job I ever had. Then after 4 years of great service and consistent positive reviews there was a misunderstanding with a client (admittedly partly my fault, but partly their's) and I was asked not to come back. Suddenly there was no one at Advantage that would talk to me. Every time I called in I was sent to voicemail and no one ever returned my call. I couldn't even get an explaination or a "there's just nothing right now" toss off. After calling almost every week for about 6 months I finally gave up. It has been 2 years since that misunderstanding, which incidentally was over a religious holiday that I observed, and I still occasionally call in just for the heck of it to see if I can actually reach a human being. I still get the same run around. I think Advantage can be a great company to work for until something happens that might make them look bad and they drop you. Nobody there cares about your side of the story.

Note that all reviews are individual contributions and do not represent the opinion of the site administrator. They have not been independently verified, so there is nothing to stop someone from posting a pack of lies. Some agencies with great reviews may be really bad, and some agencies with bad reviews may be really great. As with everything online, be careful and don't believe everything you read.
