Vanguard will get you work pretty quickly if it's the right fit for them but I found some of the "recruiters" there to be a little demeaning. I was also annoyed at how unorganzied certain assigments were; they would call and say they had something then call back and say it's off, then call back again and say it's on...this usually resulted in me sitting around and waiting only to hear that I wasn't going to be working and wasting a full day. Assignments were sporadic and not steady, pay was not that great. Also although this company does offer Medical Benefits you have to work a certain number of hours within a time frame and unless they are working you steadily at 40 hrs a week, it's not ever going to happen.
