OK...here is the deal. Please read this as it is a VERY important warning to everyone considering this agency.
Here is what happened:
I was interviewed directly by my current employer to be an admin assistant for a team with my boss as my primary. I was hired direct but had to go to WSS to sign up as a temp employee because of my companies contracts and policies. (it is not currently in the budget to offer me full time.)
I assumed they were great, all I did there was fill out my paperwork. They didn't place me however they did negotiate my asking rate for me.
I started sending them referrals, this is when everything went wrong.
They tested and signed up 3 of my well-qualified friends. They acted eager and said they would offer them jobs.
Friend 1- they called her in for a 6 month job, then called after her first day to cancel it saying "I was confused! It was just for the day, I'm so sorry!" They then proceeded to lose her file everytime she called until she went in and filled out all the paperwork AGAIN!
Friend 2- they "lost her file" twice! They also called and offered her a job for the day when she was out of town and then when she called back the receptionist asked her 3 times, "Who is this? How do you spell your name??" AS IF THEY HAD NEVER MET!
Friend 3- THIS IS THE WORST. They offered him a job AT WALL STREET SERVICES! He quit the job he had (he was trying to get out of a terrible working situation) and was so excited about starting work. The NIGHT before he was suppose to come in his first day, they called and TOOK HIS JOB AWAY. THEY SAID THE DIDN'T NEED HIM ANYMORE. He QUIT HIS JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Whatever you do, don't believe their lies. lies. lies lies. I'm digusted and my friend is out of work.
