My experience with Broadway Personnel was nice on the first day. But, once I give them a follow-up call, they are very rude to me. The receptionist and counselour, Jeff S. was very rude to me on the phone.
When I finally was given a position, they had faxed me a time sheet which was supposed to be given to me the day I signed up with them. My first paycheck was taped to the door when I specifically told them I was going to pick it up. And on top of that, I was paid $3/hr less than I was orginally supposed told I would have received. I was very upset and Jeff S. told me don't worry about it, it will be taken care of next week. But the same problem occurred that week and the week after that, making it 3 weeks total. I kept calling him and told him my problem and he said it will be fixed, he will take care of me, which he did not.
I was very upset with the way this agency dealt with me and ignoring my issues. I even found out from the client I was working with that they were paying him 3 and a half times the amount he was paying me, which really got me upset. I kept calling him everyday threatening to leave the position and tell his clients what he had done to me. He kept telling me a lie until I finally told the company. They were very upset to hear I was getting paid so little. They spoke to him in regard to the situation and he told them that he was taking care of the situation, don't worry about it.
I would never recommend anyone I know to try and apply with this agency. They will make money off you and not care how you are living.
