I waited some time for any assignment from this service. After interview in September/October, I finally was called to serve 2 days during Thanksgiving week and quote a rate of $17/hr. The timesheet process was never clarified to me, and there was some confusion between the call in and the drop off. One month later, I still had not received the check. The agency was hostile and unhelpful, and I was fortunate to turn to the client for assistance. Even after my hours were confirmed, I had to call again to get the check mailed. When it arrived, the pay rate was for $15/hr, $2 less than what we agreed upon. I called again, was confirmed that the check was cut for $30 less than what it should have been and told that another check would be mailed that day. At the end of January, still having not been paid in full, I called again and spoke with the owner, Cliff Stuart, who informed me that they would have never told me that hourly rate and that he doesn't care what kind of documentation I have. He was rude, and abrupt. I've spent more time trying to deal with this mess than I did working - I rue the day I ever sent my resume to this agency. I'll never deal with them again, and I urge everyone else to do the same. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect.
