there was an ugly incident in the company I was working for which involved many co-workers what you would call "corporate reconstruction". I got promoted within a month because they were imprssed by my hard work. Then all of a sudden without warning, they wanted to demote me and decline my raise. I didn't think it was fair, so I got a little overwhelmed and just walked out. Andy at the time was my recruiter, wrote me up me up for insubordination without trying to hear what was going on. He was very unprofessional in his ways. He was always in a bad mood and like to make people look bad.
