On May 23, 2005, I sent the below to Simon Lewis who is the boss for the two recruiters I met with. To date, I have not received a response. The below communication will give you an idea to my frustration and disappointment with Michael Page.

Dear Mr. Lewis:
I am quite disappointed with the results of two of your colleagues'
work.
On the 4th of May, I forwarded my resume to your firm, and met with
Katie Walsh and Georgina MacKenize the following day. I was under the impression the meeting had gone well, and I e-mailed a list of my
references, as promised, that same day (Please see below.)
I called Katie on the 9th of May to confirm the receipt of said
references. I was unable to reach her, so I left two voice mails. I
then took the liberty of calling her the next day since she hadn't
responded. Katie said she received my references and forwarded them
to the proper department for verification. She advised me to wait
until she called me back.
As of the 23rd of May, I have yet to hear from Katie. I spoke with
at least five people who had previously dealt with Katie and Georgina. They all said their meetings went well, but
they never heard back from them.
Mr. Lewis, Michael Page has an excellent reputation, and I don't
believe this lack of communication from Katie Walsh and Georgina
MacKenize is representative of the way your company does business.
It's very disconcerting and a bit demoralizing to be treated with such apathy, particularly when one is in pursuit of a position.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
Kind regards,
Kelly
