Comments:
I am a qualified accountant of 15+ years. I asked, if they could assist me with new opportunities, open the doors for me in areas such as: Real Estate, Media, Legal, Public, or Private accounting if I have to be a temporary employee to get those opportunities, so be it.
I have never turned down a potential job offer but this company never offered. They did call on rare occasions, I mean rarely called, you see, I have been categorized as a non-profit accountant and jobs offered are zero to none.
Remember, “Agencies are there to help you get a job and Temporary employment allows you to expand on your existing skills”. So why does this very large agency never offer employment?
1) Your labeled and classified, no positions outside your field are offered
2) If you’re not certified, licensed or have extraordinary qualifications there is no job offers
3) Jobs are short term in duration.
4) Finally, look at the job listings it is redundant, and superficial; read between the lines are they the same jobs from last year. If you have a photographic memory and can read numbers, you can see it.
Finally, has anyone really gotten an assignment with these people?
