Essex is not an agency you would like to work for. First off they tell you when you go on your interview not to discuss how much you would like to make salary wise with the client. Then you are sometimes mislead to believe that it is an perm position when in all actuality it's not so you working your ass off for nothing. Plus you only get paid have of what the agency receive or maybe even less. It is a really scandelous temp agency. If you are a hard working individual do not settle for slave wages. They are making money off you as if they have given you your education and skills. It's like we are the hoes and they are the pimps if you know what I mean
