Comments:
Atrium is not a bad company for college grads who are seeking to enter the work force. I have to say that, Taz Wilson, is a nice couselor. From my experience, she tries to find you work in an environment that you'd feel comfortable in, eventhough, everyones expectations are different.
The bad thing is after not finding steady employment they stuck me in a retarded position where I felt like a "human automated recording," repeating the same lines over and over and over again through-out the entire day. My job asked to make calls non-stop to doctors informing them of a seminar or asking for their fax number. How boring is that? Brain numbing! I mean someone with a H.S. diploma could do it. (Whatever happened to entry-level work and job training?) I called my counslor, for that assignment (not Taz), and told her that I didn't feel like going back there but, she insisted that I go back so she could get paid... very unprofessional attitude.
Don't get me wrong, I did work for some nice companies. It's all about luck of the draw... timing. Some gain good experiences, others bad. In conclusion, Atrium is not that bad of an employment agency. Oh yea, if you read the other posting about Atrium, don't let them stick you with low pay.
P.S. Never did find perm work from them.
