Comments:
I learned the hard way you would have to be insane to work as a temp,
you do the same amount of work for next to nothing in pay with no
benefits at all. But clients are even more foolish for using a temp
agencies, especially Aerotek where they have an incredible 151% mark
up from what they pay the temps$6.50/hr to what they charge the
clients 16.25/hr (I found this out by going through client documents
the client carelessly left out.) To make things worse I was threatened
with violence on my assignment by the client, the client said I wasn't
working fast enough and threatened to "drag me downstairs and
horsewhip me and scald me with boiling water". When I reported this to
Ben, the aerotek recruiter, he said "the client may disipline the
temps anyway they see fit and that there's nothing he can do about
it". The next day on my unpaid 10 minute lunch, the client dragged me
out of the cafeteria by my hair and begum to stomp my face in.
