Comments:
This agency provided me my first formal NY job with a hospital claim insurance company. I met and registered with Beth Colton who then introduced me to her closest colleague, Kim Berkitt. This team was wonderful! They provided clarity, flexibility, sincerity and a breath of fresh air to the otherwise dull and shady atmosphere. However, the assignment proved to be nonrewarding and Segue was reported to be having payroll problems (internally as well as for their temps), so when Beth and Kim decided to relocate to another agency, I followed them.
Like another post about this agency, I could once say I would have done anything for those two ladies. But please now reference my review of "RJL Resources" (the company to which I followed them). All in all, Segue was a bad dream. And I also believe that some people only care about money more than integrity, hence the bad experiences I can appreciate having been posted about them. The Segue temp manager was neither a pleasant nor professional woman, and her attitude reflected and trickled down to (and through) her subordinates. Beware this agency that will not only rip you off but avoid you after doing so.
