Pseudo-Lazarus for news.admin.net-abuse.misc

If a post of yours appears here that you meant to cancel, send me a PGP-signed note stating this, and I'll remove it. Note that this is a rather quick hack, and pretty experimental. Your mileage may vary. At the moment, I think this is missing many cancels -- either the originals aren't making it here, or I have a bug.

As of now (6 Oct 1995) there has been no evidence of forged cancels for messages to news.admin.net-abuse.misc for several days, so I have deactivated my "pseudo-Lazarus" script.

In the event this problem recurs, I will reactiveate the script.
